Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the equipment in its original box with all accessories and manuals, clearly labeling the package with your RMA number.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
